I don't have a logo, can you help?Yes, we can! You can add on a logo to the order which will provide you with everything you need to create a strong presence both online and offline.

What if I need more than 5 pages?Additional pages can be added as needed at a cost of $150 per page. This is a one time fee collected before the work is commenced. Contact us for more details.

I already have hosting, can I cancel it?Yes, if you already have a hosting plan somewhere else, you’ll be able to cancel it. We will become your website’s hosting provider.

I don't have images or text content, can you help?If you have images you would like to use, you are more than welcome to send them. We can also help with finding stock images if needed. Text content will be asked for and is based on what pages you want on your website. For example, if you have home, about, services, reviews, contact we would need text for the about, services, and testimonials as you would know that information best.

What platform is the site built on?99web is a Wix partner and utilize Wix Studio which is a fully responsive website platform. We have trained with the Wix dev team and have a strong knowledge of Wix and UX/UI principals.

Do you offer e-commerce websites?The $99 website package does not include e-commerce. Currently this offering is geared towards SMBs (small to medium sized businesses) who need a website or have a website and would like it upgraded. Specifically service based businesses but we have built websites for a huge range of clients. If you need an e-commerce website we would be happy to quote you for one based on per-project pricing.

Who is 99web?We are a small team who have been building websites since 2021 in a traditional pay-per-site model. Since then we have launched over 1000 websites. We found that the biggest barrier to SMBs is the cost associated with custom websites. The $99 / month is both affordable and allows us to offer continuing support to your business.

Is there a minimum amount of time I have to stay?It is suggested that you stick around so that the website has time to be seen and work for your business. If you truly want to cancel, then that is fine and there is no contract holding you back.

Do you offer refunds?We do not offer refunds. If you aren't happy with the outcome of the website, you don't have to launch the site or continue to pay the $99.

Do you handle email?No, we do not handle email hosting. We recommend using Google Workspace for email. Not only do both these products include excellent email hosting, but a suite of other useful products as well!
